Cook still king in new bantamweight rankings

Cook was voted number one in featherweight for the last round of votes, but said he intends to remain at bantamweight for the foreseeable future. Cook (8-1) boasts seven submissions as a 21-year-old prospect.

Kyle Hammel climbed the ladder, ranking third in the state after two straight submission victories. Both finishes came early in the first round. Hammel, XFN's interim bantamweight champion, is currently on a collision course with fourth ranked David Camacho, XFN's bantamweight champion.
